All VESË pieces are made to order. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for your order to be crafted before dispatch. For rush orders or a specific date, email hello@vese-brand.com before ordering.

All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once dispatched.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

If your piece arrives broken or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will replace it at no cost.
